Trace metal print by Canessa Thomas. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Digital Mixed Media
Trace is an abstract digital mixed media piece. An old leaf was used to mimic the texture of skin. The bright red symbolizes fresh blood (new thoughts and ideas). The bright red merges with the reddish brown that represents old blood (old thoughts and ideas shared). The background symbolizes the poorly cleaned canvas...not quite pure white. As an artist I leave traces of myself...my DNA in my work. I hope you enjoy, and I hope in someway you connect with Trace.
About Canessa Thomas
Canessa Thomas, a Georgia native, is a self-taught artist, photographer, published author and poet. Her first book of poetry, The Strongest Element: Love Survival, was published Dec. 10, 2007. She has a passion for digital art, collage, mixed media, and photography. Her photography has been exhibited at the Palazzo CĂ Zanardi - Venice, Italy (June 14th-16th, 2019); Blank Wall Gallery - Athens, Greece (July 12th- 14th, 2019) and Qlick Gallery-Amsterdam, Netherlands (July 29th - August 23, 2019). Canessa is also an avid hiker and adventurer who loves nature and the night sky.
